Staff and volunteers of Tara Trust of our project "Creative learning for deprived children" go on a weekly basis into slums, community schools and orphanages and motivate the children through arts workshops, such as theater, painting, and crafts to learn. We also do creative workshops on environmental issues, such as garbage, animals or water, connecting the children to issues that matter in the villages. With our engagement we give children fun, expose them to new ideas and tools and build their self-confidence.

Ich plane gerade mein neues Leben in Indien! Habe nach verschiedenen Projekten geschaut und bin auf das bebook gestoßen und es spricht mich unglaublich stark an, ich finde es toll ! Gibt es eine möglichkeit, wenn ich dann in Indien/Goa bin bei euch mitzuwirken?

hallo Herr Zetti, falls Sie am 17.7. schon in Goa sind, koennen Sie gern bei unserem naechsten Workshop als Gast mit dabei sein. Grundsaetzlich emfehle ich, dass man mindestens 3-6 Monate vor Ort arbeiten sollte, verlaesslich und regelmaessig, denn fuer die Kinder heisst es, sich auf jmd. Neues einzustellen - und die Kinder sollen ja schliesslich profitieren. Ansonsten besuchen Sie einen unserer Workshops. Sie koennen mich kontaktieren unter kpkakar@hotmail.com.

Hallo Katharina, Ich habe nach einem Projekt in Goa gesucht, um im April während meines Goa Besuches einigen Tagen mitzuhelfen. In der Zeit meines Aufenthaltes werde ich auch noch Strassenkinder in der Umgebung von Anjuna in Englisch und Sozialisationsthemata unterrichten. Ich bin frisch diplomierte Absolventin der Sozialen Arbeit und würde gerne dein Projekt Unterstützen. Falls Schreibmaterial und Englischbücher willkommen sind, könnte ich einige mitbringen. I read about your project in Jet Airways magazine on my return flight from Udaipur/Delhi last weekend. Am coming to Goa in Feb. I am also a teacher, children's book consultant/reviewer and would like to support project and make a visit. Please tell me exact location/address in Goa.

Yoga fuer mentally challenged kids
