We want to break the vicious circle of poverty and dedicate our work to the lowest members of society through the construction of a child day care centre in Kathmandu. To be more specific, the children of low income families are often unable to have appropriate educational experiences. Through this programme they would be able to. Our vision is to help children from an early age to enable them to have a better future and perspective for their lives.
The living conditions provided through our Child Day Care Centre “Growing Flower,“ supplies all the basic needs of the children including:
access to medical care
encouragement and support in their physical, mental and personal development
an opportunity to grow up in an exciting and stimulating environment
the ability to build stable relationships with a supporting and empathetic carer
protection from violence, crime, exploitation and neglect
development of long-term, future-oriented perspectives

Furthermore, with the Child Day Care Centre running, the parents of the children are able to pursue a full time job. This way they can increase their income and improve the situation for the whole family.
After the children have completed kindergarten, we will continue to support them and their families through school sponsorship.
