Toilet renovation for laboratory in Kwale Hospital

In spring 2009 we had had a full renovation of the laboratory in Kwale District Hospital.

Since then windows are watertight, there are enough plug-ins, there is no more rain leaking through the roof, patients can sit-down during waiting times and there is an additional small office-space next to air-conditioning, ensuring that now the high technology devices sponsored can be used. Since 2009 other hospital workers are jealous of the people working in the laboratory.

Now the laboratory-team asked for our help again. The patients’ toilets are in a really bad state. The concrete floor which surrounds the urinal-toilets dissolves, what makes it impossible to keep the floor clean. The windows need to be renewed also, and there is need for new paint in the rooms.
