Scores of institutions serve the country, providing humanitarian service to men, women and children living in great need and poverty. The Salvation employees hundred's of individuals and relies on thousands of volunteers every year to meet the needs of different communities.

From its inception The Salvation Army has been speaking out against social ills and social evils in society. One of our main issues at present is Human Trafficking.

    Tiles for girls dormitary is urgently needed at our childrens home in Soweto. This is one of the items on the Christmas wish list for the home.

    Our Carl Sithole Centre, which houses Bethany Childrens and Bethesda Childrens homes, are in need of new beds. The Homes care for children whose parents have been found by the family courts, to be unfit to care for ther chilren.

    Extra Maths Tuition given by Kip Mcgrath for various grades of maths. The girls attend tuition after school.
