Seit 1993 sind wir anerkannter Träger der freien Jugendhilfe und bieten verschiedene ambulante und stationäre Jugendhilfemaßnahmen nach §§ 27 ff. SGB VIII Kinder- und Jugendhilfe, insbesondere nach § 34 in Verbindung mit § 35 a des Kinder- und Jugendhilfegesetzes an. Zur Kinderheim Machern GEMEINNÜTZIGE GMBH gehört das Kinderheim Machern, das Projekt Engelsgarten – Betreutes Jugendwohnen, die Wohngruppe Althen, das Familienprojekt Althen, das Familienhaus Taucha, das Familienhaus Engelsdorf, das Kinderhaus Am Auenwald, das Kinderhaus Am See und das Projekt Stabil – Die ambulante Hilfe.
