The corporation "Kinder im Kiez" is a sub company of "Neues Wohnen im Kiez". It has been founded in 2003 with the transition of public day-care-centres into independent sponsorship. All together, "Kinder in Kiez" takes care of more than 2000 children, attending 16 different day-care-centres in six districts in Berlin.
