  • BeBook - the mobile library

    Bebook is a mobile library for deprived children in Goa (India), a project of the charitable Tara trust. With readings and interactive workshops we want to involve children in books and give them the experience that reading is fun.

  • A School for physically challenged children

    In Rajasthan physically challenged children from poor backgrounds live together in a boarding school and have the chance to enjoy a good quality education and medical care.

    The Jamyang boarding school gives children of the Buddhist border region to Pakistan a highly qualified education. The project is run by two Buddhist monks and a team of fantastic teachers and caretakers.

    Hallo Katharina, welche Dinge werden den derzeit Benötigt bzw. welche Betrag wäre notwendig, um diese Notwendigkeiten zu bezahlen? Zu welchem Prozentsatz kommt die Unterstützung bei den Notleidenden an. Sorry für die Fragen, aber das ist für mich der erste Support in dieser Hinsicht. Danke aber vorab für die Antwort.       lieber Marcus, da unsere Arbeit ehrenamtlich ist und sich somit die Organisationsausgaben auf einem Minimum halten liessen (und sich im deutschen Verein aus Mitgliedsbeiträgen speisen), sind bisher stets 100% der Spenden in die Projekte geflossen. Wenn Sie mir Ihre e-mail senden, schicke ich Ihnen gerne eine Liste nötiger Bedarfe, die zzt. anstehen, das hier zu listen wäre ein wenig lang... Wir benötigen Dinge, die wenig kosten und andere, mit hoher Investition, wie z.B. weitere Netbooks für die Jamyang-Kinder oder Spenden für ein Auto für die BeBook Projekte.
