About us
Hamromaya Nepal e.V. has been supporting children in Nepal with a variety of projects in the field of education and youth welfare since 2012.
Our Charity cooperates with local Nepalese NGOs to provide free education, accommodation, a balanced diet, access to clean (drinking) water and sufficient medical care to underprivileged children in Nepal.
"hamromaya Nepal" means "our love Nepal".
In fact, it is our love for the children and the country itself that is driving us to do what we are doing now. Every child deserves a fair chance to claim its human right to education, food, water, medical care, clothing and a safe home – no matter of its “race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.”
That's what we stand for!
We all work on a voluntary basis without receiving any salary.

Wir haben 336,36 € Spendengelder erhalten
Wir haben den noch offenen Rest-Betrag von 336,36€ nun auf unser Vereinskonto transferiert, da dieser ansonsten "verfallen" wäre. Diese Gelder werden wir weiterhin für unser Schultaschen-Projekt verwenden, bei dem wir in entlegenen Regionen Nepals Schultaschen an Kinder aus schwierigen Lebensverhältnissen verteilen. Obwohl das Projekt auf betterplace.org aktuell als "beendet" markiert wurde, wird unser Schultaschen-Projekt weiterhin durchgeführt. Den Großteil der Spenden sammeln wir nämlich außerhalb dieser Plattform.
Erst vor Kurzem (Juni 2023) waren wir im Distrikt Dang und haben dort an 16 Gemeindeschulen über 2.200 mit Schulmaterialien gefüllte Schultaschen verteilt.
Ganz besonders erfüllt es uns mit Stolz, dass wir entgegen dem Mainstream vieler Hilfsorganisationen einmal mehr Kinder aus benachteiligten Gemeinden und Kasten unterstützt haben, die auch unter Nepal-Fans kaum bekannt sind. Hilfsaktionen für beispielsweise die Tharu und Gandarva Community, die Fokus unseres letzten Schultaschen-Projekts waren, sind vergleichsweise rar.Vielen Dank für Eure großartige Unterstützun!
