Kutsungirira Beekeeping Society is the first partner organisation of BeeSupport. Out of nothing but a hobby apiary with impovised beehives in 1997 the 10 founders have built an organisation with name in the region. Now that the Beekeeping Training Centre is near completion, BeeSupport will continue to assist KBS with funds to train those who can not afford the first training fee: Widows, widowers and orphans. With beekeeping skills and equipment they can improve their lively hood and prospects for the future for themselves and their families. After each harvest they will repay LKS through the contribution of liters of honey and kilo's of beeswax.

BeeSupports needs the help from betterplace friends to raise the money needed for the training, and before that the furniture of the hostel for trainees.
