Stars Of Africa

Stars of Africa is a project aimed at mentoring rural girls aged 8-15 with skills in information and communication technology and to encourage them to pursue their life dreams. This project was started in 2008 by the founder and director of Project Africa Ms Lin Wafula. In 2008 at least 20 girls graduated with skills in basic computer skills. In a colourful graduation held at Project Africa mission house in Kakameg in Kenya, the Stars of Africa were proud to show their parents and the community that they intend to pursue their studies even to the highest level and become doctors, pilots, lawyers etc. Weiterlesen
