Beautician and Cosmetology training for underprivileged women
A program for those women who have great potential but no possibilities to develop or use it

This section has been established in 2007 in PNH with the support of Portion for Orphan, Texas-USA with the courtesy of Miss Sally Allred Lorett.

This program has been designed to impart employment under the economical empowerment program. Besides from women of the marginal group, there are still number of women who are educated below secondary level or less but have grat potential. They are compelled to become house wife, though everyone has good potential and can become a good helping hand to the family but they are always in the mid stream. So a good number women having good potential live without any work though they would be great help and support to improve the situation of their families.
Those women have great potential but they underachieve it, because of lack of oppertunities to use it.
Viewing this situation, this program has been designed to bring them in front by giving this training, which is definitely ideal for them. After taking the training they can start a business, which is prestigeous, will ensure them income and good exposure in the society.
The most beneficial part of this program is to mobilise the stagnant potential of the society towards in the economical field.
Moreover, they do not only get the prestige though they can form their own entity and image. It is most important that they will be able to support their family and provide better education to their wards in private schools.
This training can mobilize those who are educated without degree and certificate and give them training so that they can use their potential and earn money to support their family.

The outcome of the past trainings has given us hope and inspired us and the new trainess with confidence to continue, since more than ninety percent of trainees could get a job and some of them opened their own beauty parlour.

We are sure that this training will be most worthful for those women who are half educated, though they have good potential but they are not in position to use it.
This training will on the one hand certainly bring them in the field of entreprenuership and this will again help to reduce the size of unemployment and poverty on the other hand. The most effective part of this program is that the children will get quality education.

To continue this training and to accomplish our mission we urgently need the following amount:

2 trainers
75 € per month for each trainer
75€ x 2 (trainers) = 150€
150€ x 12 (months) = 1800€

cosmetic to practise
the monthly cost for cosmetic needed for the training is: 40 €
40 € x 12 (months) =480 €

material
besides cosmetic we need other materials such as pins, brushes and so on.
25 € (each month) x 12 (months) = 300 €

to provide training for one year we need a total amount of
