PA TUMENTA

This is a tragedy of a retired government worker who has been denied retirement benefits for 18 years. He served the government for 19 years before retiring. Administrative red tape is the root cause of Joseph's misfortune in life..

Added to the tragedy is the loss of his wife Serii Tumenta who died leaving behind a husbad and two minor kids, Mohammend (2) and Rhamadan (4).They are HIV positive.

Mr. Tumenta is suffering from polio which has been a lifelong illness from child hood. He can barely walk, yet he has to fein for two kids with absolutely no source of incme to meet basic human needs.

Joseph and two dependent kids need immediate assistance for food, shelter, clothing, school supplies and medication.
